Biogas Control System Upgrade
Replaced contactors, power supplies, and control boards severely damaged by methane exposure in the digestion system. Upgraded to NEMA-rated enclosures to prevent future failures and extend equipment lifespan.
Municipal Infrastructure Virtualization
Migrated failing physical server to a virtualized platform on new hardware. Implemented snapshot scheduling and high-availability clustering to eliminate future downtime risk.
Wastewater OT Radio Network
Integrated 10 lift stations into the OT network using point-to-point radio links across an 8-mile mountainous terrain. Deployed 22 directional radio units with one fully solar-powered site. Achieved Modbus TCP communication with sub-100ms latency across all stations.
SCADA Platform Redesign
Complete rebuild of a 60,000+ tag SCADA system with 20+ operator screens. Migrated legacy SQL historian database preserving all historical data. Standardized tag nomenclature facility-wide for consistency and maintainability.
Water Lift Station Integration
Designed and fabricated PLC control panel featuring variable frequency drive (VFD) and HMI for lift station control. Programmed and integrated all devices into existing SCADA system with full stack light indication and alarm functionality.
Medical Office Network Infrastructure
Installed multi-level vertical and horizontal Cat6a plenum cabling to 23 offices and 4 access points. Terminated and certified all runs to rack-mounted patch panels. Conducted comprehensive WiFi signal testing and certification across the entire facility.
